Our Commitment
We believe that every child has the right to feel safe, healthy and happy and so are committed to provide this for troubled children and young people who have experienced abuse, disruption and trauma in their lives.
Our aim is to provide best service through support, training and remuneration to carers and to value the enormous contribution they make to the lives of children who cannot live with their own family.
Our goal is to provide the best value service to local authorities placing children with us by working alongside them to achieve care plans for children and young people and by ensuring safe and supported placements until plans have been achieved.
We will work in a culture of continuous improvement of our services to children, carers and placing authorities and will regularly evaluate our service by seeking their views. We will strive to meet and exceed national care standards.
HOW DO WE DO THIS
We ensure all our carers are chosen for their skills and abilities and for their commitment to fully support the children and young people they will look after. We support and supervise carers through regular visits and are available for advice and guidance 24/7.
We ensure relevant, quality ongoing training that carers are expected to undergo so that they may be fully equipped to understand and respond to the children they look after.
We have a range of fully qualified and experienced professionals associated with our agency who can be accessed to provide additional support and guidance to children and carers.
